Assembling electrical and mechanical CNC machine components like power supplies, motors, drivers or other electrical and mechanical components involves dealing with high voltage AC (alternating current) or DC (direct current) and other hazardous items which can be extremely dangerous and needs high attention to detail, experience, knowledge of software, electricity, electro-mechanics and mechanics.

Before starting please read though all the instructions.

The following diagrams are valid for assembly of all size Spindle Mounting Brackets, including 52mm, 65mm, 71mm and 80mm.

  • 4 x 90 Degree Angle Corner Connector
  • 4 x M5 Drop In Tee Nut
  • 4 x M5-Low Profile Screw-8mm
  • 4 x M5-Low Profile Screw-10mm
  • 2 x M5-Low Profile Screw-20mm
  • 1 x Router Mount
  • 1 x Router Mount Front

Use the 10mm Screws and attach the 90 Degree Angle Corner Connectors to the Spindle Bracket.

Insert the 8mm Screws through the Connector and turn the Drop In T-Nut a few turns (bit keep loose). Use the 20mm screws to attach the Mount Front to the Mount Bracket.
