The following diagrams are valid for assembly of all size Spindle Mounting Brackets, including 52mm, 65mm, 71mm and 80mm.
Add-on Pack Parts List
- 4 x 90 Degree Angle Corner Connector
- 4 x M5 Drop In Tee Nut
- 4 x M5-Low Profile Screw-20mm
- 4 x M5-Low Profile Screw-10mm
- 4 x Aluminium Spacers-3mm
- 4 x Three Hole Joining Plates
- 1 x Router Mount
- 1 x Router Mount Front
This guide will show you how to assemble the 2060 Spindle Mounting Hardware Pack. Please note that this kit is for the OX mechanical kit or any machine with a 2060 profile on the Z axis.
- Please put the corner connectors in the middle mounting holes, not the outer ones as shown below:
- Use the provided 10mm screws to insert the 90 degree corner brackets into the spindle mount.
- Insert the 20mm screws that will attach the bracket into the Z axis extrusion. Please also insert the 3mm spacers in this step.
- Add the 3 hole mounting plates to provide the clearance for the spindle mount.
- Lastly, please add the drop in tee nuts. Your spindle mount is now ready to mount onto the Z axis actuator on your Ox CNC.
- Complete!
